    Instruction worded strangely, why not just say "make roux"? No one has Sherry sitting around, I've never even heard of that. Hope it still comes out good, sauce never thickened.

    Made with broth instead of Sherry, super good and easy to make, will make again

    Used less milk to make the sauce thicker. Wonderful dish.
